“What strikes me is the location; tucked away in a quiet corner yet a short walk from the Triana Bridge and other attractions, it's cleverly positioned, also the apartments with kitchenettes and that rooftop terrace promise relaxed independence. The staff clearly excel in personalized service, even remembering small details to make stays special; these thoughtful touches elevate it beyond the standard hotel experience, in my opinion. mixed experience, some issues noted
damp roomsmaller room
the breakfast requires improvement. i had a problem with the room i booked, so they gave me a smaller one. they offered free breakfasts as compensation, and then gave me a better room the next day. the first room had dampness and was small and dark, so it spoiled our experience.

the location proved central for accessing main attractions.
I encountered difficulty when i requested the hotel to ship a forgotten item to my subsequent hotel. The staff failed to coordinate this effectively and blamed the other hotel later when the package was not picked up as scheduled.

The apartment had a great space for our family. The location reminded me of an oasis of calm, despite being central. All staff members were friendly and helpful. The hotel's rooftop bar and pool offered a lovely way to relax away from the busy center.

i enjoyed my visit there. the hotel location was great. it had easy access to many shops, restaurants, and city attractions. it worked great for my family of four. the room had good space. everything was well maintained and tidy.
a problem happened when i left an item in the room, i called, but they didn't ship the item to my next hotel. normally, the hotel should arrange to ship it. they didn't call to tell us it wasn't picked up. now, my item won't reach me.

the suites look fabulous, they are well equipped and clean. the apartment includes two rooms, it is very spacious and comfortable. the decor of the rooms are lovely and make the space better.
